Our luxurious claret dining room, designed in 2003 by David Collins, is the perfect setting for Marcus Wareing’s modern cuisine. The rich interior combines warmth, comfort and a characteristic opulence.
The cosy lounge is the ideal place to welcome your guests and enjoy an aperitif.
The stunning interior features deep burgundy-coloured walls encased in velvet and a glass abacus at the far end of the restaurant which is a stand-alone feature. The modern white floral displays offset the rich decor and add a touch of simplicity. The beautiful bon bon and champagne trolleys add to the feeling of occasion and luxury.
At lunchtime the room is flooded with natural light from the large windows framed with our familiar circular motif making it ideal for a relaxing lunch with friends, family and loved ones or an important business meeting. During the evening the space is transformed with glittering crystal and candle lights into a sophisticated yet intimate setting for dinner.
In keeping with the beautiful understated design, the nature of the dining room allows for privacy amidst the gentle buzz of conversation and relaxed ambience.
The restaurant's well-spaced round tables accommodate 65 guests comfortably, with the largest table seating eight. The entire restaurant can be booked for a private event. Please contact us for details.
