Herb Pappardelle
Our delicious homemade pappardelle is infused with fresh fines herbs. Made daily, chervil, chives, parsley, and tarragon herbs are place between two sheets of pasta before being re-rolled and cut, resulting in thick ribbons of pasta with the herbs beautifully visible. This delicate pasta is served in a rich summer truffle butter, with the addition of fresh truffle grated at the table.
Our vegetarian menus feature the finest selection of ingredients that emphasize flavour throughout the changing seasons. You can choose just one dish to complement the rest of your menu or take the whole menu as it is designed.
